→愛情如死亡一樣是很強烈的，沒有人可以敵擋死亡的來臨，魔鬼也無法敵擋耶穌藉死顯給我們的愛情。

→耶穌雖然曾受過試探，被魔鬼以物質的東西引誘，但祂勝過了這些屬世的情慾，我們也應靠基督勝過這些引誘，才能結出聖靈的果子。
